The customer has to press the multifunction button for 2-3 seconds to activate the mobile voice assistant such as Google Assistant and Siri. The customer is able to switch to the assistant from any medium by dual pairing feature.

Bad quality
The physical body is vulnerable and fragile. The product got damage after 3 to 4 months.
